Anne Aufhauser is a litigation associate resident in Fried Frank's New York office.
Anne's practice focuses on a broad range of commercial disputes, including M&A litigation, securities litigation and shareholder class actions, investigations, and regulatory matters. Her clients include public companies, financial institutions, private equity funds, boards of directors, real estate investment trusts, and individuals. Anne has represented clients in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts.
Anne maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in criminal and civil proceedings. In pro bono criminal defense matters, Anne has represented clients through the Southern District of New York's Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel. She also has experience in pro bono immigration matters, and has represented clients in reproductive rights litigation.
Anne is a member of the firm's Sustainability Committee.
Prior to joining Fried Frank, Anne practiced at an international law firm in Palo Alto, California.
