Two Fried Frank Partners Named to 2021 NACD Directorship 100

Steven G. Scheinfeld, the global chair of Fried Frank's Corporate Department, and Steven Epstein, co-head of the Firm's Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, have both been named to the 2021 NACD Directorship 100: Governance Professionals and Institutions. The NACD Directorship 100 is an annual recognition of the most influential people in the boardroom and in corporate governance, selected based on criteria including integrity, mature confidence, informed judgment, and high performance standards. This is the sixth year in a row that both Mr. Scheinfeld and Mr. Epstein have been selected. They will be among the honorees recognized at the NACD Virtual Awards gala on November 9, 2021, and highlighted in the NACD Directorship magazine's annual list of the Most Influential People in Boardrooms and Corporate Governance.
