Two Fried Frank Partners Named to 2020 NACD Directorship 100

Steven G. Scheinfeld, the global chair of Fried Frank's Corporate Department, and Steven Epstein, co-head of the Firm's Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, have both been named to the 2020 NACD Directorship 100: Governance Professionals and Institutions. NACD Directorship magazine annually identifies the most influential people in the corporate governance community, selected based on criteria including integrity, mature confidence, informed judgment, and high performance standards. This is now the fifth year in a row that Mr. Scheinfeld and Mr. Epstein have both been chosen for inclusion. They will be among the honorees recognized at the NACD Virtual Summit 2020 on October 12, 2020, and highlighted in the NACD Directorship magazine’s annual list of the Most Influential People in Boardrooms and Corporate Governance.
