Counsel to Centerbridge Partners, L.P. in its role as an anchor investor in a consortium that provided a US$1.08 billion capital investment in connection with the comprehensive restructuring of Seadrill Limited (Restructuring Deal of the Year)

Counsel to Goldman Sachs as financial advisor to SunTrust Banks Inc., in its US$66 billion merger with BB&T Corp. (Financial Services Deal of the Year)

Counsel to Goldman Sachs and Centerview Partners, as financial advisors to 21st Century Fox in the US$52.4 billion sale of its film, television studios, and cable and international TV assets to Disney (Technology, Media & Telecom Deal of the Year)
