Grisez will speak on the panel “Ethics Under Attack” at the Resistance Lawyering: Fighting for Immigrant Communities and the Rule of Law event, hosted by the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild. The panel will cover “competency in a rapidly changing environment; EOIR case processing goals; restrictions to client access, and due diligence; maintaining the attorney client relationship with a diminished capacity client.”
