Randi Lally Named to PEI’s 40 Under 40: Future Leaders of Private Equity

Corporate partner Randi Lally was named to Private Equity International’s (PEI) 40 Under 40: Future Leaders of Private Equity 2021 list, which recognizes individuals under the age of 40 considered to be rising stars and future leaders within the private equity industry. Selection is based on career trajectory of each individual and their ability to influence the industry in the years ahead.
 
Ms. Lally was recognized for her regular counsel to industry leaders on their most complex matters, including Aleris’ US$2.8 billion acquisition of Novelis and RedBird Capital Partners on its formation of OneTeam Partners, in collaboration with National Football League and Major League Baseball players’ association.
 
In addition, Ms. Lally was interviewed in the publication as part of its “On the Minds of the Future 40” feature, in which she discusses the skills necessary to succeed in the private equity industry, provides advice for junior colleagues, and calls attention to the importance of the growing focus on diversity and inclusion in private equity.
