Private Equity Heavyweight James Renahan To Join Fried Frank in London

Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP announced today that James Renahan will join the firm as a M&A and private equity partner, resident in the London office. He joins from Travers Smith.

Renahan is a trusted advisor to pan-European and international corporates, institutional investors, alternative asset managers, senior management teams, private equity firms, founders, and investee companies for both transactional and advisory matters. With more than 20 years of experience, Renahan specializes in complex cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.
