New York corporate partner and head of the Firm’s Private Equity Funds practice, Kenneth I. Rosh, will be participating in the PLI’s upcoming Eighteenth Annual Private Equity Forum. This seminar will address topics such as the recent regulatory developments affecting the marketing of private equity funds in the U.S. and Europe, negotiating with investors, ethical issues and conflicts of interest, current issues in private equity M&A and credit facilities for PE funds. Mr. Rosh will be speaking on the “How to Market Private Equity Funds on a Global Basis” panel discussion which will focus on the ways to organize a global fund raising effort and the key issues in the U.S. and European fundraising.
