NYU’s 2017 Summer Institute in Taxation

New York trusts and estates partner Brad J. Richter participated once again as a featured speaker in the Trusts and Estates series for NYU’s 2017 Summer Institute in Taxation, which features leading national and international tax authorities during a series of in-depth sessions on state and local taxation, partnerships, consolidated returns, trusts and estates, federal wealth tax and international taxation. He will present on the topic, "Estate and Tax Planning for Qualified Plan and IRA Distributions." He will discuss the essential estate planning principles, strategies and rules regarding retirement assets held in Qualified Plans and IRAs, including the estate and income tax impact of beneficiary designations.
