Accolades | April 23, 2019

Real estate partners Jonathan L. Mechanic and Melanie Meyers have been named to Commercial Observer's Power 100 list, an annual review of the most powerful people in New York's real estate industry. This is Mr. Mechanic’s fifth consecutive year being selected, and he and Ms. Meyers are the only real estate attorneys included in the Power 100.

In their profile, Commercial Observer highlights Mr. Mechanic’s representations, including JP Morgan in its redevelopment of 270 Park Avenue into a new 2.5-million-square-foot headquarters building and Maefield Development in its approximately US$1.6 billion acquisition of 20 Times Square, and Ms. Meyers’ role shepherding Greenpoint Landing through its early approvals and her representation of Lenox Hill Hospital in its upcoming expansion.
