IP Litigation Quarterly Call

Washington, DC litigation partners Scott W. Doyle, Jonathan R. DeFosse, Robert M. Masters, special counsel Timothy P. Cremen, and associate Kristin Whidby, along with New York litigation partner Jeffrey I.D. Lewis will host their Quarterly IP Litigation Call on April 25.  Topics to be addressed include:
  • A discussion of recent rulings from the International Trade Commission addressing topics of interest, including the domestic industry test for NPEs and the issuance of a rare general exclusion order
  • A review of potential and pending legislation impacting intellectual property rights, including proposed changes to 35 U.S.C. § 101
  • Our quarterly round-up of important IP cases from the past three months, including decisions involving trade secret law and the “separability” doctrine of copyright law
This program has been approved for New York Continuing Legal Education credit for a maximum of 1.0 credit hour, which can be applied to the Areas of Professional Practice requirement.
