The Executive Seminar is a half-day meeting of senior in-house counsel engaged in economic sanctions, export controls, anti-corruption, CFIUS/foreign investment reviews and related international regulatory compliance issues at US, UK, EU, and international companies. The essential purpose of the Executive Seminar is to facilitate a peer-to-peer exchange of ideas and practical, in-depth dialogue on the most significant international corporate compliance issues in-house counsel face. The Executive Seminar will also provide a unique opportunity for participants to benchmark their thinking and build relationships with counterparts in other organizations.
