Speaking engagements | 5–7 March 2017

London, England

Kate Downey and Rebecca Zelenka, corporate partners in Fried Frank’s Asset Management Practice, will be participating in the IBA’s 18th Annual International Conference on Private Investment Funds.

Ms. Downey will be taking part in a workshop on the increasing use of capital call and subscription facilities by fund managers. The session will also discuss this trend from a lender’s perspective, and will cover borrowing implications and considerations over the life of a fund.
