Fried Frank Deals Recognized at The American Lawyer Industry Awards

Two Fried Frank deals earned the Firm recognition at The American Lawyer 2019 Industry Awards. The ceremony, which was held on December 4, 2019, honored outstanding achievements in the legal profession and the Global Legal Awards recognize the work done by teams of law firms and in-house counsel on some of the world's most noteworthy projects. The following two deals on which Fried Frank served as counsel were recognized as Deals of the Year:
  • Seadrill Limited's restructuring (Global Finance Deal of the Year)
  • The Walt Disney Company's acquisition of 21st Century Fox (Global M&A Deal of the Year)
