Executive Seminar – International Corporate Compliance

Fried Frank will host its 8th Annual International Corporate Compliance Executive Seminar in the Firm’s Washington, DC office.
 
Corporate partner Michael T. Gershberg, antitrust and competition partner Tobias Caspary, and litigation partners Joshua D. Roth and James Kitching will speak at Fried Frank's Executive Seminar on International Corporate Compliance. The focus of the senior in-house counsel meeting is to engage in economic sanctions, export controls, anti-corruption, CFIUS/foreign investment/national security review, and related international regulatory compliance issues at US, UK/GER, EU, and international companies.
 
The seminar aims to facilitate a peer-to-peer exchange of ideas and practical, in-depth dialogue on the most significant international corporate compliance issues in-house counsel face. The Executive Seminar will also provide a unique opportunity for participants to benchmark their thinking and build relationships with counterparts in other organizations.
