Executive Seminar - International Corporate Compliance

Fried Frank will host its 7th Annual International Corporate Compliance Executive Seminar in our Washington, DC office.

Corporate partner Michael T. Gershberg, litigation partners Joshua D. Roth and James Kitching, and antitrust and competition partner Tobias Caspary will speak at Fried Frank's Executive Seminar on International Corporate Compliance. The focus of the senior in-house counsel meeting is to engage in anti-corruption, economic sanctions, exports controls, CFIUS/foreign investment/national security review, and related international regulatory compliance issues at US, UK/GER, EU, and international companies.

The seminar aims to facilitate a peer-to-peer exchange of ideas and practical, in-depth dialogue on the most significant international corporate compliance issues in-house counsel face. The Executive Seminar will also provide a unique opportunity for participants to benchmark their thinking and build relationships with counterparts in other organizations.
