Partner Rebecca Neuschatz Zelenka will speak on the panel, "Upper Tier: Structures and Considerations," at Practising Law Institute’s Advanced Issues in Private Funds 2023 program. The discussion will cover the importance of partner and employee promotions, retainment and termination.

Through the conversation, attendees will be able to gain insight into the manner in which closed- and open-ended managers structure their upper-tier arrangements, better understand different types of retention mechanisms, recognize long-term equity and incentive plans, examine restrictive convenants, analyze variability in compensation systems and identify various tax considerations relating to structuring a successful upper-tier entity.
