ABA 2023 Antitrust Law Spring Meeting

Bernard (Barry) A. Nigro Jr., partner and chair of the firm’s Global Antitrust and Competition Department, and litigation partner Richard A. Powers will present at the American Bar Association’s 71st Antitrust Law Spring Meeting.

Barry will moderate on the panel “Pay Me Now or Pay Me Later,” which will discuss the intersection of labor equity and antitrust and what is next for labor markets regarding antitrust enforcement.

Richard will speak on the panel “US Cartel Enforcement: Where Are We Going,” which will focus on the recent updates to the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division’s criminal enforcement policies and practices and the impact of the Department's emphasis on white-collar individual accountability on antitrust enforcement.
