50th Annual Institute on Securities Regulation

Speaking engagements | November 7–9, 2018

Corporate senior counsel Arthur Fleischer Jr. and litigation special counsel Sarah F. Warren will participate in the 50th Annual Institute on Securities Regulation hosted by Practising Law Institute. Mr. Fleischer will speak on the panel “Fireside Chat with our Institute Founders.” Ms. Warren will speak on the panel “Playing by the Rules: Ethics in the Investigations and Litigation Context,” which will cover multiple representation issues, ethical pitfalls in conducting internal investigations, privilege issues in the US and abroad, conflicts of interest, and SOX Section 307: Rules of Professional Responsibility for Attorneys.
