Our global Fund Finance team represents borrowers, arrangers, lenders, and investors, and advises on all fund financing structures providing flexibility and available liquidity to sponsors. Our across-the-board representation gives us deep insight into evolving market conditions, helping us more effectively navigate key issues.
We are experienced in virtually all funding structures in the current marketplace, including commercial paper conduits, single bank balance sheet loans, club deals and widely syndicated offerings. We have particular expertise with regard to asset-based facilities.
Our work spans the full scope of transaction sizes, focusing on financings for global asset managers, and we have significant experience across asset classes from debt assets to secondaries, renewable energy projects to real estate.
Since the beginning of 2019, we have advised on over 200 transactions representing nearly US$45 billion in lending commitments. We work with private equity funds, mezzanine funds, credit funds, real estate funds, infrastructure funds, special opportunities funds, investment banks, direct lenders, BDCs, fund-of-hedge funds.
