As head our REIT Practice, Stuart has led many of our largest and most complex REIT capital markets and M&A transactions. With more than 20 years of experience, Stuart has advised on three of the five largest REIT IPOs and has led multibillion-dollar public mergers and going-private transactions. Our corporate clients seek Stuart’s advice on general corporate matters, including corporate governance, SEC, and Sarbanes-Oxley matters. Investment banking clients regularly turn to Stuart in connection with securities law matters.

Companies in the REIT industry trust Stuart’s substantial experience with various asset classes. He represents owners and operators of hotels, office buildings, data centers, multifamily properties, triple-net lease, and self-storage companies. Stuart also has advised on offerings involving companies from a variety of industry sectors.
