Romain Girard specializes in antitrust/competition and international trade. He is dual-located in Fried Frank’s London and Brussels offices.

Romain’s practice includes advising on international filing processes (merger control and foreign direct investment), antitrust behavioural issues (compliance and litigious work), and state aid in the EU and UK. Romain also advises on EU and UK trade sanctions compliance for a variety of industries.
