Robert P. Mollen

Robert P. Mollen is a U.S. qualified lawyer in the Corporate Department, resident in Fried Frank's London office.  He joined the firm in 1979 and became a partner in 1987.  He has been based in London since 1991.

Robert concentrates his practice in international corporate and securities matters and legal crisis management.  He has experience with public and private mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets and securities offerings, including matters involving regulated industries such as telecommunications and professional services.

Robert is frequently involved in cross-border takeover bids and other public and private acquisition transactions and restructurings.  He has also extensive experience in cross-border partnership transactions in the professional services sector.

Additionally, Robert advises on the U.S. federal securities laws and their extraterritorial application, and the laws regulating securities issuances and takeovers.  On the capital markets side, Robert has substantial experience with high yield debt transactions.

Robert is recommended by the UK Legal Experts Guide as an expert in M&A. He has been consistently recognized by Legal 500 in M&A and Equity Capital Markets.
