Rita Glasionov Muir focuses her practice on asset management, advising our large and small private equity fund clients on all aspects of fund formation.

Clients benefit from Rita’s experience with preparation of private placement memoranda and preparation and negotiation of limited partnership agreements, side letters, and review of documentation for compliance with SEC regulations. Rita also counsels clients on the structuring of co-investments and the negotiation of documentation with investors.

In line with our commitment to social responsibility, Rita was named to the 2020 Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll with High Honors. This accolade recognizes lawyers who contributed at least 100 hours of pro bono service in the calendar year.
