Richard’s experience includes structuring and fund formation, regulatory enquiries and investor participation in funds. Our clients also benefit from Richard’s experience advising significant institutional investors on the terms of their investments in all types of fund structures, in various jurisdictions. He specializes in private closed-ended funds, particularly in the private equity, debt, real estate, infrastructure, and alternatives asset classes.
Richard also advises managed accounts, and carried interest and co-investment incentive schemes, and has experience of advising hedge fund managers (both established and start-up).
Before joining Fried Frank, Richard worked at another international law firm.
