Neema Dowson-Collins has extensive experience in complex, high-value cross-border institutional and ad hoc international arbitrations, including investment treaty arbitration.

Clients across a range of jurisdictions and sectors, including energy, oil and gas, telecoms, private equity, pharmaceuticals, and automotive technology, seek Neema’s counsel on major international commercial disputes. Often coordinating multiple proceedings or arbitrations in various jurisdictions, Neema also has acted on multiple complex litigation matters.

Neema conducts arbitration proceedings under the rules of the leading international arbitration institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). She frequently advises on the enforcement of arbitral awards in foreign jurisdictions and the New York Convention as well as court proceedings arising out of enforcement issues.

Prior to joining Fried Frank, Neema spent several years at a leading US law firm in London.
