Often coordinating multiple proceedings or arbitrations in various jurisdictions, Neema also has acted on multiple complex litigation matters.
Neema conducts arbitration proceedings under the rules of the leading international arbitration institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). She frequently advises on the enforcement of arbitral awards in foreign jurisdictions and the New York Convention as well as court proceedings arising out of enforcement issues.
