Matt Aldana advises clients on complex joint ventures, platform formations, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of interests in private real estate companies, portfolio transactions, preferred equity investments and other transactions relating to the real estate industry.

Clients rely on Matt’s experience advising private equity funds, pension funds and other institutional investors and developers on a wide range of matters involving corporate real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Fried Frank, Matt was an associate at a large international law firm.
