Martín Esteban Strauch counsels clients on asset management matters, with a focus on private equity funds.

Martín’s experience includes traditional private equity funds, funds of funds, and separate accounts. He has represented institutional sponsors in their fundraising and other investment programs, and has also counseled placement agents and investors. Clients also turn to Martín in connection with a variety of other securities law and corporate transactional matters, including secondary transactions and portfolio company transactions.

Martín was selected by Law360 as a 2021 "Rising Star" in fund formation. He was also included in the second edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for his work in corporate law.
