Mark Mifsud

Mark Mifsud represents clients in relation to the structuring and establishment of private investment funds, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds and also secondaries, incentive schemes, carried interest arrangements and co-investment plans.

Clients, including private investment managers, significant limited partners and other parties, seek Mark’s counsel across a range of transactions, related matters, and general corporate finance.

Mark served as managing partner in our London Office between 2017 and 2023 and is a past member of our Governance Committee.
