  • Brookfield Properties in its $494 million refinancing of 655 New York Avenue, a 768,000-square-foot trophy mixed-use project in the Convention Center neighborhood of Washington, DC.
  • Blackstone in its approximately $475 million acquisition of Parker Towers, an apartment complex in Forest Hills, Queens.
  • Blackstone in its $204.5 million refinancing of a multifamily portfolio located in Washington and Oregon.
  • Normandy Real Estate Partners and Columbia Property Trust Real Estate Partners in their $187 million construction loan for the redevelopment of 799 Broadway in New York City.
