John M. Bibona is a corporate partner in Fried Frank's New York office. He joined the Firm in 1991 and became a partner in 1999.

Mr. Bibona’s practice covers a broad range of transactions with a focus on joint ventures; private equity investments, acquisitions and dispositions; and complex restructuring transactions, particularly with respect to real estate and real estate related ventures.

Mr. Bibona also has an active practice advising alternative investment vehicles and their managers, providing counsel regarding the structuring, marketing and operation of these vehicles, including the making, managing and disposition of investments. He also regularly advises on securities law and governance matters.

Mr. Bibona received his JD, magna cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, his MBA from Cornell University, and his BA, cum laude, from Union College. He is admitted to the bar in New York.
