Jason Greenberg co-leads our technology transactions team and counsels clients in connection with intellectual property and technology contracts.
Jason’s practice encompasses licensing, development, strategic alliance, distribution, merchandising, services, outsourcing, and other commercial agreements. He regularly counsels established and emerging companies, as well as private equity firms, banks, and hedge funds on the intellectual property and technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions.

Jason dedicates a substantial amount of his time to pro bono clients, including education, advocacy, and other nonprofit organizations. He counsels these organizations on intellectual property development and protection, and negotiates content licenses and vendor, consultant, and sponsorship agreements on their behalf.
Jason has also served as an adjunct professor teaching contract drafting at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is the incoming Vice Chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
Jason received his JD, cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2010. He received his BA, magna cum laude, from The George Washington University in 2002. He is admitted to the bar in New York and New Jersey.
