Harrison Polans is a litigation associate resident in Fried Frank’s New York Office.

Harrison’s practice focuses on representing public and private corporations, boards of directors, and financial institutions in a broad range of commercial disputes, including, securities and shareholder litigation, M&A litigation, regulatory enforcement matters, investigations, real estate litigation, and other complex commercial litigation. He has represented clients in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, and in connection with regulatory investigations by the SEC and DOJ. 

Harrison also maintains an active pro bono practice. On behalf of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), he drafted an amicus brief that was submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard. He also has represented clients on a pro bono basis in criminal and civil proceedings, including in criminal defense matters through the Southern District of New York's Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel and in immigration matters.
