Both borrowers and lenders seek Emil’s pragmatic advice in financings of mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations, as well as in connection with debt restructurings, exit facilities, and debtor-in-possession financings.
Emil also represents clients in REIT financings, lease financing and mezzanine financing transactions, private placements, and master limited partnership financings, as well as securitization transactions and sports financing transactions.
