  • Counsel to Jefferies Finance, BMO Capital Markets, Macquarie Capital (USA), Citizens Bank, N.A. and KeyBanc Capital Markets, as lead arrangers, in connection with a $580m first lien term loan facility and $100m asset-based revolving credit facility to fund the acquisition by Leonard Green & Partners of Lakeshore Learning Materials.
