David Morris is a member of the Litigation Department resident in Fried Frank's New York office. He joined the firm in 1989 and became a partner in 1996.
David's practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration, regulatory enforcement, tax litigation, and class actions including multinational disputes. He has significant experience in matters relating to supply and purchase-sale agreements, derivatives, swaps, collateralized mortgage obligations, collateralized bond obligations, credit derivatives, securities and commodities, repurchase agreements, mutual funds and hedge funds.
David's clients include companies in the metals, aerospace, hospitality, investment advisory, investment management, brokerage, import-export, and private equity businesses. He also counsels companies and individuals involved in a variety of commercial disputes.
