Over 20 corporate borrowers, including Carestream, Catalent, Harsco, T-Mobile, Under Armour, and WestJet, depend on Daniel’s counsel on credit facilities. He represents many well-known financial institutions (including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Citi, Credit Suisse, Jefferies, and Royal Bank of Canada) as agent banks for a variety of borrowers (Alliance Laundry, Ascend Performance Materials, Athene, Authentic Brands, Clarivate Analytics, MDVIP, SIG Combibloc, SMG, Steinway Musical Instruments, and Zest Dental Solutions, among others).
