Bradford R. Lucas is a corporate partner resident in Fried Frank's Washington, DC office. He joined the firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2008.
Brad's practice is focused primarily on asset management work, including the structuring and offering of hedge funds, private equity funds and other alternative investment products. In addition, he has worked on a variety of other transactional and securities law matters, including securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions, and has provided general corporate counsel on governance issues.
