Rebecca Ponnuthurai is an associate in the antitrust/competition and international trade practice, dual-located in Fried Frank's London and Brussels offices.
Prior to joining Fried Frank, Rebecca worked as an associate at a magic circle law firm in the London office, having worked on a full spectrum of competition law, including merger control in the EU and UK on multi-jurisdictional transactions, cartels, compliance and antitrust litigation. Most recently, Rebecca worked for a top-tier Australian law firm in their competition and regulatory team in the Sydney office, predominately working on international merger control and Australian based transactions.
Rebecca’s practice includes advising on international trade and investment, including international antitrust filings, foreign direct investment regimes, antitrust behavioural advice and trade sanctions matters.
Rebecca is co-chair of Fried Frank’s Women’s Forum in London.
