Notably, she has represented the League of Women Voters before the United States Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in major voting rights litigation. Prior to joining Fried Frank, Ashley served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lisa M. Smith (ret.) in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York from 2017 to 2019.
