• Lead counsel for Insight Technology Solutions, Inc. in a successful post-award protest (No. B-420133.2, Dec. 20, 2021) and a successful pre-award protest (B-420543, May 27, 2022) of two related procurements conducted by the Department of Homeland Security.
• Lead counsel for PGLS LLC in a successful protest of corrective action before the US Court of Federal Claims (No. 20-1023, Dec. 15, 2020) of an $100 million small business contract award by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, resulting in an injunction against the termination of the awarded contract.*
• Lead counsel for CAE USA Inc. in successful defenses before the US Court of Federal Claims (Nos. 20-575 and 20-609, Oct. 28, 2020) and US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (Nos. 21-1428 and 21-1469) of a $97 million contract helicopter training contract by the US Department of the Army.*
• Lead counsel for Verizon Business Network Services Inc. in a successful defense before the GAO (No. B-418649, July 14, 2020) of $200 million award of a Department of Commerce procurement for telecommunications, networking services and associated support.*
• Lead counsel for Cognosante LLC in the successful defense of GAO bid protest (No. B-418125, et al., Jan. 15, 2020) of the award of a large contract for IT system modernization by the US Department of Veterans Affairs.*
• Lead counsel for Cognosante LLC in the successful GAO bid protest (No. B-417111.1, Feb. 21, 2019) of the US Department of Veterans Affairs’ award of a $1 billion IT services task order.*
• Lead counsel for Abacus Technology Corporation in a series of successful bid protests before the GAO in 2018 and 2019 (No. B-416747, et al.) challenging the award decisions of the US Department of the Air Force in a procurement valued at nearly $1 billion involving the provision of advanced IT services to several Air Force bases.*
• Counsel to multiple clients in connection with the Small Business Administration’s Paycheck Protection Program and other government stimulus opportunities arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.  Currently pursuing several appeals of SBA’s loan forgiveness decisions before the SBA’s Office of Hearings and Appeals.*
• Lead counsel to a Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in its 2020 acquisition of assets from another SDVOSB and the successful novation of multiple contracts.*
