New York Law Journal published an article by litigation special counsel Justin J. Santolli and litigation associate R. David Gallo on the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit’s decision in Abdul Latif Jameel Transportation Co. v. FedEx, which created the likelihood of an increase in applications seeking discovery in private foreign commercial arbitrations and a circuit split.
