Patrick Williams Appointed to CLLS Land Law Committee

Corporate real estate partner Patrick Williams has been appointed to serve as a member of the City of London Law Society’s (CLLS) Land Law Committee (the Committee). The Committee provides unique expertise on the city of London and regularly influences the government’s law reform activities in the area of land use law. As a committee member, Mr. Williams will discuss pending legislation, law reform, and practice issues; provide best practice guidance to property practitioners; and advance the interests of London’s solicitors. CLLS is one of the largest local law societies in the United Kingdom, representing over 15,000 solicitors. The Committee is one of nineteen specialist committees drawn from the society’s membership to conduct its professional work.
