Tax partner Libin Zhang was recognized as a Top 25 OZ Influencer (Tax Specialist) by Opportunity Zone Magazine. This honor recognizes the most influential tax specialists advising clients and other professionals on opportunity zones, and evaluates candidates based on their vision, influence, and industry experience.
 
Mr. Zhang has explored the tax benefits and implications of the Opportunity Zones program since its introduction in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 and has become a sought-after thought leader on the topic. His mid-2018 article "Qualified Opportunity Zones: Hot Tubs and Other Hot Topics" was one of the first articles to discuss the program and has been cited in at least two official Senate reports.
