Lawrence N. Barshay Elected to New York University School of Law’s Board of Trustees

Corporate partner Lawrence N. Barshay has been elected to New York University School of Law’s Board of Trustees. In this role, Mr. Barshay will join several other prominent alumni in enacting bylaws that outline the basic structure of the School and in determining the principal officers and agencies that will deal with its affairs. Mr. Barshay received his JD from New York University School of Law in 1991.
 
Mr. Barshay joins Jonathan L. Mechanic, partner and chairman of Fried Frank’s Real Estate Department, who is a life trustee and chairman of the Advisory Board of the NYU Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy.
