Accolades | January 16, 2019

Litigation associate Kristin M. Whidby received The Florida Bar President’s out-of-state Pro Bono Service Award. The awards are intended to encourage lawyers to volunteer free legal services to the poor by recognizing those who make public service commitments and to raise public awareness of the substantial volunteer services provided by Florida lawyers to those who cannot afford legal fees. Ms. Whidby is the only out-of-state recipient and is recognized for donating more than 450 hours of pro bono legal service in the last three years, with a particular focus on difficult family law cases involving abused women.
