Kathryn Cecil and Jan Sysel Appointed to FFA’s Executive Committee and Advisory Council

Corporate partners Kathryn Cecil and Jan Sysel have been appointed to Fund Finance Association’s (FFA) EMEA Executive Committee and US Advisory Council, respectively. Ms.Cecil will serve as deputy chair of the EMEA Executive Committee, and will be responsible for driving global initiatives and coordinating with the FFA regional committees to discuss pertinent issues in the fund finance market, organizing quarterly regional updates, and providing updates to the FFA board on commercial and socio-political issues affecting the region. Mr. Sysel will serve on the US Advisory Council, and will work closely with various committees on regional initiatives such as the mentorship program, assist the FFA board in responding to industry developments, and participate in global updates and topical industry discussions.
 
FFA is a non-profit industry association in the fund finance market whose core mission is to advocate on behalf of the fund finance industry with respect to policy, legal, regulatory, and other matters affecting or potentially affecting the fund finance market and related capital markets.
