Ms. Downey’s feature highlights her significant accomplishments in the legal and asset management communities, including the appointment to head the Firm’s European Private Equity Funds Practice in 2018; her role in co-heading the leading women’s industry group Women in Fund Finance; and advising on notable fund formations for Blackrock, BlueBay Asset Management, Norvestor Equity, and Palatine Equity.
