Real estate partners Jonathan L. Mechanic and Melanie Meyers have been named to Commercial Observer's Power 100, an annual review of the most powerful people in New York's real estate industry. This is Mr. Mechanic's seventh consecutive year being selected and Ms. Meyers' third consecutive year.
 
In their profile, Commercial Observer highlights key representations including JP Morgan Chase in connection with various aspects of its planned 2.5 million-square-foot headquarters redevelopment at its 270 Park Avenue location, as well as the Trust for Governors Island in its proposed rezoning of Governors Island, which aims to spur 4.5 million-square-feet of mixed-use development on the southern portion of the island.
