This is Mr. Mechanic's sixth consecutive year being selected, and Ms. Meyers second consecutive year.
 
In their profile, Commercial Observer highlights key representations including WarnerMedia in connection with the sale-leaseback of its approximately 1.5 million-square-foot Time Warner Condominium Unit at 30 Hudson Yards, as well as Blackstone in its acquisition of a 65% controlling interest in Great Wolf Resorts.
